What days can I order?
We offer pre ordered pick ups Wednesday - Saturday from 10am - 1pm.
Do you have a shop front I can visit?
Yes, we do! We are open
Wednesday 8am - SOLD OUT (for Cookies Only)
Friday 8am - 2pm (full shop)
Saturday 8am - 1pm (full shop)
On Friday & Saturday we have the shop stocked with our while range that includes Cupcakes, Cookies, Slices & more.

If you're after delivery send us an email to arrange. Delivery starts at $25.
How do I place an order?
It’s super easy! Just head to our website, where you’ll find all the details on sizes, flavours, and prices. Simply browse through our products, select your favourites, and place your order directly through the site. Cake dreams made simple!
How much notice do you need?
We close off orders for cakes and cupcakes 5 days before your desired date. However, if you’re in a pinch, check out our ‘Same Day’ menu—place your order before 8 AM and pick it up the same day!
How do I send you a photo?
Got an inspo photo? Simply upload it when placing your order online or send it our way! Email us athello@becbakes.comand we’ll work our magic to bring your cake vision to life.
Where do I pick up?
You can pick up your order at Bec Bakes, located at 27 Cawarra Road, Caringbah NSW 2229. We’ll have your treats ready and waiting for you!
How do I transport my cake?
To keep your cake safe, place it on the passenger seat floor of your car. All cakes come in a box and on a sturdy cake board, with extra support for larger or two-tier cakes. Avoid direct sunlight, don’t leave it in the car, and refrigerate it as soon as possible. Every cake comes with care instructions and a cutting guide to make things easy!
How do I store my cakes, cupcakes, or desserts?
Pop your cakes and cupcakes in the fridge as soon as you get home or to your venue. This keeps them fresh and party-ready!
How long will my cake stay fresh for?
Our cakes are always freshly made and will stay delicious for a few days when stored correctly. (Fun fact: I’ve even enjoyed one a week later, and it was still amazing!)
Each cake comes securely packaged in a box with a lid and includes storage instructions to help keep it at its best.
If you're picking up your cake a couple of days before your event/wedding (like Thursday for a Saturday), we recommend choosing a mud cake over a sponge cake, as mud cakes tend to stay fresher for longer.
We regularly send cakes up and down the coast, so you can trust it will be perfect! If you have any questions or need help choosing your flavour, just let us know!
Do you work with fondant?
No fondant here! At Bec Bakes, we focus on creating delicious buttercream-decorated cakes with stunning designs.
Can I have a personalised message on my cake?
We don’t offer piped messages, but you can add a personalised cake topper when ordering. It’s the perfect way to make your cake extra special!
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
We’re happy to help with changes if you let us know at least one week in advance. After that, your order is locked in.
Do you require payment when an order is placed?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of placing your order to secure your booking.
Do you do cake tastings?
We don’t offer formal cake tastings, but you’re welcome to visit our store and sample some of our delicious baked goods. Trust us—one bite, and you’ll be hooked!
Do you cater for allergies?
We offer Gluten Free Cakes & Cookies, as well as Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan Cupcakes. However, please note that our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, nuts, and milk, so cross-contamination may occur.
